Own the trading terminal — the chart, the digit reels, the entry path. You care about frame budgets on a mid-range Android as much as on a desktop.
Payments engineer
M-Pesa, card rails and crypto settlement. The brief is boring on purpose: money lands when we say it lands, and reconciliation never surprises anyone.
Risk analyst
Model exposure across 13 indices and set the margin on every published multiplier. You will be the person who says no to a payout table that does not hold.
Support lead (24/7)
Build out an always-on support rota that answers in minutes, and own the complaints log end to end — including the quarterly review that turns it into fixes.

Remote-first, timezone-honest
The company overlaps between 10:00 and 16:00 EAT. Outside that, work when you work. We hire between EAT −4 and EAT +4 so that stays achievable.
Small teams, whole problems
